Typical workstreams in our transformations include: commercial/marketing and sales, procurement/vendor management, support functions reorganization, operational excellence, supply chain optimization, working capital management, etc.

You will support your clients with hands-on analysis and will run and facilitate workshops, idea generation sessions and trainings. You will be an integral part of a diverse client service team, working with the client on a daily basis.
