Your role

• Monitoring of Telco Projects
• Coordination with client counterpart Project Coordinators & Project Managers for updates and all concerns
• Triggering of billing for any completed activities/milestones
• Monitoring of Team’s performance such as output and efficiency
• Monitoring of Workable sites and alerting the client if this number is dropping or if there are any idle Team
• Pushing for the completion of the assigned sites on time at the lowest possible cost
• Checking if PO is already available before allowing any work activities
• Supervision and Monitoring of Project Coordinator’s performance
• Monitoring of inventory of tools and other materials

• Strong leadership qualities
• Good negotiation skills
• Systematic and Analytical
• Proficient in Oral and Written Communication
• Well versed on Excel’s advanced features for project tracking
• Knows Huawei’s EHS Compliance and ISDP
