Responsibilities

• Researching, designing, implementing, and managing software programs
• Testing and evaluating new programs
• Identifying areas for modification in existing programs and subsequently developing these modifications
• Writing and implementing efficient code
• Determining operational practicality and efficiency
• Developing quality assurance procedures
• Deploying software tools, processes, and metrics
• Maintaining and upgrading existing systems
• Training users
• Working closely with other developers, UX designers, business and systems analysts, and QA analysts

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Preferably graduate of Information Technology or Computer Engineering, or any related course
• Basic Programming Knowledge
• Understanding of OOPS - (Object-Oriented Programming and Systems)
• Basic knowledge of Software Engineering fundamentals, SQL, and database
• Familiar with SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle), Software Engineering
• The person should be creative, enthusiastic, energetic, curious, logical, and eager to learn and bring learning to practice
• Strong attention to minute details
• Good in communication, analysis, and teamwork (work well with a team and ability to lead and guide team members)
• Ability to coordinate with the in-house team members of other departments
• Ability to meet deadlines
• Good English verbal and written communication skills
• Willing to work during holidays and weekends
• Stable internet connection and a conducive work environment at home
• Physically fit to work in a BPO setting
• Willing to work in our Cebu IT Park office at least once a week
