Your role

• Prepare management reports required by SQD Head
• Assist Service Quality Officer with Customer Feedback Management System activities
• Address customer inquiries, requests, and complaints

• Customer Relationship Management
• Good written and oral communication skills and presentation skills
• Able to use Microsoft Office applications especially generation of management information reports
