Your role

The key responsibilities of a Retail Store Management Trainee:

  • Customer Service: Assist customers with inquiries, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
  • Sales Support: Help drive sales by understanding customer needs and recommending appropriate products.
  • Inventory Management: Learn and assist with stock control, replenishment, and inventory accuracy.
  • Visual Merchandising: Support the setup and maintenance of visual displays to enhance the store's aesthetic appeal.
  • Store Operations: Gain insights into daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and loss prevention.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members and store management to achieve store goals and objectives.

About you

A successful Retail Store Management Trainee applicant:

  • Recent graduate or has 1 year of experience with a degree from related fields.
  • Passion for the retail industry and a customer-first mindset.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
