The jobs are based in Manila, Philippines (BGC), hybrid work arrangement is applicable.

JOB DESCRIPTION 

As an intern in our recruitment firm, you will play a vital role in assisting with day-to-day operations. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the recruitment industry while working alongside experienced professionals. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Candidate Sourcing, Candidate Qualification, Presenting Candidate, Offer Management, Resignation & Post Placement Mangement, and Business Development.
  • Candidate Parsing and Shortlisting: Utilize platforms such as Bullhorn and our internal database to parse and shortlist potential candidates based on specific job requirements and criteria.
  • Hotlist Creation: Assist in creating hotlists for candidates and reverse-marketed candidates.
  • Administrative Support: Assist in various administrative tasks such as organizing candidate documents, preparing recruitment reports, coordinating recruitment events, among others.
  • Data Entry: Enter candidate and client information accurately into our recruitment database and maintain data integrity.
  • Research: Conduct research to identify potential companies and contribute to market mapping efforts/lead generation.
  • Other Tasks: Perform other tasks that might be assigned from time to time.
