Overview:
Motortrade Nationwide Corporation (MNC) is the leading multi-brand motorcycle dealer in the Philippines.
Responsibilities:
- Ensures achievement of Cluster full-year sales target for
- Brand New Sales – Cash & Installment
- Repo Sales
- Coordinates with CI regarding CIR of customers
- Collects pertinent information from customers and valid requirements. Ensure fraud-risk probability to each customer depending on their submitted documents
- Encodes application to the system
- Monitors the end to end process of unit sales starting from encoding to CIR up to unit release
- In charge of the unit testing before release
- Computes the correct down payment per unit acquired by customers
- Coordinates with CSOD team regarding prices of units
- Follows standard procedures based on policies for all sales-related activities
- Timely provide updated Sales Report to CCH for proper monitoring of sales targets achievement rate
- Accommodates all inquiries of customers and provides essential details regarding the product/units
- Recommends appropriate product/unit to customers depending on their usage purpose
- Assists the customer from end to end process
- Implements the marketing initiatives for Motorcycle which includes:
- Promotional activities extended by Marketing Department
- other corporate programs related to sales
- Ensures team complies with released promo guidelines and instructions from Head Office
- Coordinates with Marketing Team for all marketing programs and activities to ensure proper implementation in the area
