At least a graduate of BS Psychology or any Behavioral Science courses.
With at least 1 year of similar experience an advantage.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Must have knowledge of Recruitment End-to-End processes. Must be able to discuss step by step recruitment process, applicant screening, interview & selection, onboarding up to deployment.
Should have a wide knowledge of various candidate sources for different job level requirements.
Technical know-how in conducting recruitment activities such as Job fairs, Offsite Recruitment, Job Posting thru Online Job Portal, Purposeful Sourcing thru cold calls, resume search, etc.
