Your role
The HR Intern shall perform administrative support to all facets of Human Resources. This role will involve clerical and operation support for general HR tasks.
The task will include the following:
- Consolidation of 201 documents of the employees.
- Validation of the legitimacy of the submitted documents.
- Updating the HR 201 Drive.
- Ensuring all employee documentation is accounted.
- Create reports on the HR-related process when required.
- Assist in creating and distributing company communications material (e.g. notice board, brochures) or in digital formats (e.g. email, posts on social networks/forums/company website).
About you
To qualify for the role, you must have the following qualifications:
- Student of Human Resource Management, Psychology, or other related courses.
- Able to work independently and can work under pressure to meet deadlines
- Good attention to detail, prioritization, skill, and time management
- Must be tech savvy and knowledgeable in using Gsuites or MS Office applications.
- Excellent in verbal and written communication.
- Fast learner and can easily adapt to sudden changes.
