Your role

The HR Intern will assist in building and managing the basic HR operations, including tasks related to candidate management, timekeeping, employee documentation, and engagement activities.

As an HR Intern, you will be responsible for:

• Create a draft of job postings on platforms like Jobstreet and Indeed.
• Update on the performance of job postings and pre-screening of resumes.
• Maintain and update the candidate database, ensuring all information is accurate and easily accessible to the HR team.
• Ensure all employee documents are regularly updated and properly filed in the 201 files.
• Assist in organizing and updating employee leave schedules, ensuring accurate records.
• Assist in distributing employee ID cards and health maintenance organization (HMO) cards and maintain accurate records of all releases.
• Prepare monthly birthday greetings and organize employee clubs.

About you

Job Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Familiarity with job posting platforms and social media is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn.
