Define well the existing corporate capacity including but not limited to: people capacity, process efficiency and tool effectiveness and utilization.
Integration
Develop standards, systems, and best practices (both human and technological) for process improvement creation, including the real-time implementation of strategies. Corollary to that, reviews, documents, and revises internal (Office of the CEO) and external (other departments and business units) procedures that may be assigned by the Corporate Strategic Manager and Deputy Manager, Operations Head, and/or Upper Management, with the ultimate goal of achieving processes that are cost-efficient, rational, and risk-mitigating. As a result, instils and reinforces a strong customer service and professional-oriented ethic in the entire Operations team through the various initiatives relevant to process improvements.
“How to Achieve the Strategic Target?”
Develop Dashboards to monitor each initiative and performance indicators to analyze if we are on track from time to time.
Staff Management
Give feedback to department heads if they are on track or need to realign back to the corporate finance target by supervision, competency assessment, performance evaluation, and workload coordination and performance management.
Reporting and suggestion
Report to the Corporate Strategic Manager the strategic performance dashboard for transparency of corporate strategic movement status regularly.
