Your role

Throughout the internship, you will:

• Design and Implement: Create seamless integrations between ServiceNow and Open iT applications, supported databases, and other enterprise systems.
• Middleware Configuration: Configure and maintain middleware solutions to facilitate efficient communication between ServiceNow and Open iT, ensuring a smooth flow of information.
• Troubleshoot and Resolve: Tackle integration issues promptly and effectively, contributing to the reliability and functionality of the integrated systems.
• Data Mapping and Transformation: Develop data mapping and transformation rules to guarantee accurate and consistent data exchange between different systems.
• Administer Validation and Error Handling: Implement and manage data validation and error handling mechanisms within the integration process to maintain data integrity.
• Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with Open iT administrators, developers, and other teams within Open iT.

About you

A basic understanding of the following:

• Networking: Fundamental knowledge of networking principles.
• Databases and SQL Language: Basic understanding of databases and SQL language.
• OS Administration: Familiarity with operating system administration.
