Training & development

Technical Trainees are provided a 6-month general technical skills training, followed by on-the-job training or mentoring for evaluated specialization (software development, delivery/installation, support, IT services, and business analysis). Qualified individuals must have a passion for learning, have initiative, and can collaborate with colleagues. After the six-month training program, full-time positions will be available.
