- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- At least 1-3 years experience in accounting with end-to-end experience in GST, IAS, and BAS.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Accounting software such as Xero
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- CPA or CMA certification is a plus
