Your role & responsibilities

• Provides first-level support and assistance to all OMLF users on the proper use of system applications including relevant methodologies and controls.
• Manages IT-related incidents.
• Manages IT-related service requests.
• Provides technical assistance and support for incoming hardware- and software-related issues and queries.
• Taking records, tracking and monitoring all incidents and requests throughout their life cycle.
• Escalate issues to second-level support to investigate the issues/incidents and provide the necessary documents or attachments that would help in assessing the issues.
• Collaborates with the technical team to discuss the reported incidents in detail if necessary.

Training & development

To develop recruits and less experienced employees, they conduct job-level-specific training starting with initial and follow-up training for recruits, and third-year training (for those in their third year at the company after joining as a recruit). The training is designed as an opportunity to reflect on the trainee's experience at various points to delineate a vision for the future. They also conduct position-specific training at the management level for employee management and organizational development.

About you

• Must be a graduate with BS Degree in IT/equivalent.
• Expertise with SQL and common programming languages.
• Strong communication skills and advanced customer service capabilities.
• Must be willing to work in Makati.
