About ORIX Metro Leasing and Financial Corporation

The company’s primary business is providing leasing and financing services covering transportation equipment, materials handling equipment, construction equipment, industrial, agricultural, medical, and manufacturing pieces of machinery, and other types of movable equipment.

Your responsibilities

• Performs accounting for its branch, requests cash payments, updates various schedules, and prints trial balance for the day.
• Submission of BIR Form 2307, Inventory of Collateral & Credit folders, Conduct inventory of FFE.
• Prepare cash vouchers, journal entries for adjustments, a notice of termination for fully paid accounts, month-end entries, schedule of delinquencies, LCR analysis, gross receipts, tax, finance charges, and quarterly BSP reports.
• Entry for withholding tax, the closing of books, and impairment testing.
• Request for payments.
• Renewal of business and sanitary permit.

Training & development

To develop recruits and less experienced employees, Orix conducts job-level-specific training starting with initial and follow-up training for recruits, third-year training, and training for new assistant managers. The training is designed as an opportunity to reflect on the trainee's experience at various points in order to delineate a vision for the future. About you

• Must have a BS in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Accounting Management, or Financial Management.
• Above-average verbal and written communication skills for exchanging information and preparing reports.
• With competent analytic skills and the ability to multi-task.
• A team player with a pleasant personality who can work efficiently even under pressure.
• Must be willing to report daily in the office.
• Willing to be assigned in Quezon City, Malabon, Mamburao, Meycauayan, San Pedro, Sto.Tomas, Surigao.
