Your role & responsibilities

• Provide credit review of accounts.
• Propose appropriate classification and management action for reviewed clients/groups, especially those with weaknesses that may jeopardize repayment.
• Evaluate activities of lending personnel including complete and timely compliance with lending policies and the quality of loan approval, monitoring, and risk assessment.
• Assess the effectiveness of controls and identify weaknesses surrounding the current credit granting process.
• Explore the potential of embedding controls into system applications.

Training & development

To develop recruits and less experienced employees, they conduct job level-specific training starting with initial and follow-up training for recruits, third-year training (for those in their third year at the company after joining as a recruit), and training for new assistant managers. The training is designed as an opportunity to reflect on the trainee's experience at various points to delineate a vision for the future. They also conduct position-specific training at the management level for employee management and organizational development.

About you

• Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy, Financial Management, or any business-related course.
• At least 1 year of work experience in credit or account review gained from the banking or finance industry or its equivalent.
• Proficient in credit review, credit evaluation or analysis, and financial analysis
• With above-average communication skills.
• With a high level of analytical and technical skills.
• Good interpersonal skills.
