Your responsibilities

The Lead Generation Specialist will be responsible for researching, identifying, and prospecting potential customers for further engagement by the Business Development (BD) team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting: Conduct thorough research to identify and qualify leads based on the client’s Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and predefined criteria.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of the company's offerings to communicate value propositions to potential leads effectively.
  • CRM Management: Record and maintain a database of accurate lead information, including contact information and company details.
  • Meet or exceed daily/weekly contact reach quota.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze lead generation performance, track KPIs, and make data-driven recommendations for process improvement.
  • Reporting: Prepare and provide regular reports on lead generation activities and results to management.
  • Feedback Loop: Collaborate with the BD team to provide insights on lead quality and feedback on lead generation campaigns' effectiveness.

Qualifications:
