Your role & responsibilities

Administrative Functions

  • Participate in suggesting improvements in the Parent Firm, and company’s processes, policies, and procedures.
  • Comply with Parent Firm, and company administrative processes, policies, and procedures.

Engagement Management

  • Understand payroll, tax, and related laws sufficiently to perform the job.
  • Understand government agencies’ policies, circulars, memorandums, and updates fully.
  • Ensure that the client or engagement team conforms to government mandatory requirements depending on the type of lodgment service.

Professional Development

  • Attend on-the-job training or internal/external seminars for professional development.
  • Participate in all internal audits of the Division (AS, ISAE, IQCR, etc.) as well as on external audits only when part of the engagement.

Relationship Management

  • Promote the image of the Parent Firm, and Company as a provider of high-quality services through good customer relations and responsiveness to clients’ needs, concerns, and requests.
  • Actively participate in official Parent Firm, and Company activities such as quarterly socials, and outings.

Training & development

P&A Grant Thornton offers significant client service-related learning that equips you with the knowledge and skills to support clients in achieving their operational and strategic goals. Their coaching and mentoring workshop is a 20-hour course primarily aimed to harness the participants' knowledge with coaching and mentoring enabling them to improve their interactions and successfully manage employees and teams.

About you

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Business Studies/ Administration/ Management or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel is needed.
