Your role & responsibilities

Job description:

• Primarily responsible for performing procedures assigned by the engaged Senior Payroll Specialist and/or Payroll Manager. Such procedures may vary with the nature and scope of the engagement and the experience of the Payroll Specialist.
• Responsible for conducting the work by the quality standards of the Company and the profession.
• The Payroll Specialist may assume the role of Senior Payroll Specialist depending on the setup, requirement, size, and complexity of the engagement.

Administrative functions:

• Comply with the Parent Firm, and company administrative processes, policies, and procedures.
• Participate in suggesting improvements in the Parent Firm, and company’s processes, policies, and procedures.
• Complete all required monitoring and surveys promptly.
• Complete and submit accurate time reports promptly. 
• Always ensure confidentiality of engagement.

Professional Development:

• Attend on-the-job training or internal/external seminars for professional development.
• Participate in the division’s internal audit activities (AS, ISAE, IQCR, etc.) and external audits only when it is part of the engagement. 
• Comply in all required examinations initiated by the division (Probationary Exam, Diagnostic Exam, etc.).

About you

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Business Studies/Administration/ Management or equivalent.
• Well-developed communication (oral and written) skills.
• Interpersonal skills and positive work attitude.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel is needed.
