Your role & responsibilities

As a Customer Support Intern, you will learn how to be partners to the merchants and customers, by serving as the bridge between their needs and their products.

You will:

  • Assist in day-to-day merchant inquiries.
  • Help maintain a repository of knowledgebases both on the CRM platform as well as internal documentation.
  • Gain unique insights into how thousands of businesses on PayMongo work.
  • Learn how PayMongo operates and make a real impact.

  • You have great attention to detail with excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

  • You can empathize with a variety of business stakeholders and have a huge capacity for patience and calm, even when everyone around you is freaking out.
