Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of employees, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to maximize productivity and performance
• Utilize advanced Excel skills to analyze complex data sets, develop insightful reports, and provide actionable recommendations to support business objectives
• Create dynamic and visually appealing PowerPoint presentations for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring key messages are effectively communicated
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, develop presentation content, and tailor messaging to target audiences
• Train team members on Excel and PowerPoint best practices, shortcuts, and advanced functions to enhance efficiency and accuracy in data analysis and presentation creation
• Drive process improvements and automation initiatives to streamline workflows and increase productivity in both Excel and PowerPoint tasks
• Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback and coaching to ensure the achievement of goals and objectives.
• Handle escalated issues and resolve conflicts in a professional and timely manner
