Your role

• Coordinate the completion of all standard and ad hoc Market Finance requests within the Center agreed upon scope and Standard Operating Procedures, utilizing financial data to deliver business insights to in-market Commercial Finance colleagues.
• Execute Operating Plan and Latest Estimate consolidation, analysis, forecasting, and reporting activities and coordinate these with Market Finance Directors, In-market Finance, and Commercial Team.
• Prepare and review of Compensation and Benefits budget and forecast of the Commercial Team.
• Prepare and validate complex financial analysis for the assigned market/s.
• Support the overall strategic planning process through detailed analysis of key business drivers and the preparation and management of standard templates.
• Assigned with 2-3 markets in the APAC Region.
• Ensure timely, efficient, and accurate flow of information for decision-making.
• Ensure SOPs are up to date for all activities within scope.
• Identify and manage continuous process improvement initiatives and drive strategic Regional and Functional initiatives.
• Preparation analysis of P&L and OPEX reports.
• Review monthly OPEX and other reports in coordination with other teams for any reclassification.
• Participate in global and regional finance projects.
• Understand and apply knowledge of best practices for financial analysis.

About you

• Highly analytical with the ability to derive actionable insights and business recommendations from financial analysis.
• Process-oriented with strong organization and planning skills.
• Ability to identify business issues/opportunities and frame business questions.
• Advanced Microsoft Office capabilities, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Competency with spreadsheets & financial modeling (comfort with data manipulation and financial systems)
