2022 Supply Chain Operations Intern null

Responsibilities

• Perform inventory reconciliation to ensure inventory accuracy at all times.
• Coordination of inv management projects.
• Liaise with 3rd party distribution service provider and brokers for local distribution activities (freight & inventory management).
• Coordination of the re-packaging & redressing activities as required.
• Manage procurement process of vendors providing services to GSC, including timely invoice submissions for accurate reporting and analysis.
• Ensure accurate, complete and timely Sales Order and Trade Returns Credit Note processing in the system to be compliant to revenue recognition and all relevant policies.
• Perform reconciliation to facilitate month-end closing.
• Contribute to an engaged team in an appropriate work environment.
• Ensure consistent compliance with required regulations, policies and procedures, and Pfizer standards. This includes all applicable local, US, regional or international laws, e.g. SOX, FCPA, Quality, EH&S, Dangerous Goods, Trade & Customs.
• Ensure relevant GSC SOPs and policies are updated and maintained in a systematic manner.
