Your role & responsibilities

• Coordinate the completion of all standard and ad hoc Market Finance requests within the Center agreed upon scope and Standard Operating Procedures, utilizing financial data to deliver business insights to in-market Commercial Finance colleagues
• Execute Operating Plan and Latest Estimate consolidation, analysis, forecasting, and reporting activities and coordinates these with Market Finance Directors, In-market Finance, and Commercial Team
• Prepare and review of Compensation and Benefits budget and forecast of the Commercial Team

About you

• Highly analytical with the ability to derive actionable insights and business recommendations from financial analysis
• Process-oriented with strong organization and planning skills
• Ability to identify business issues/opportunities and to frame business questions
• Advanced Microsoft Office capabilities, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• Competency with spreadsheets & financial modeling (comfort with data manipulation and financial systems)
• Work Location Assignment: Flexible
