Your role

PDAX is looking for new team members passionate about cryptocurrency to fill the role of Know-Your-Customer Associate in Pasig, Philippines.

Key responsibilities of the role include:

• Ensuring quick, seamless, and high-level customer service for our retail and institutional clients in relation to onboarding.
• Reviewing and authorizing the onboarding of new client relationships by analyzing and ensuring the completeness of the client documentation, conducting enhanced customer due diligence, completing client risk profiles, and processing relationship updates using PDAX KYC tools.
• Evaluating, approving, and endorsing the following functions in a timely manner and ensure the completeness of the clients’ submitted documents in compliance with the requirements:
• Carrying out KYC procedures and customer due diligence.
• Performing periodic reviews on clients’ profiles and refresh documentation as necessary.
• Working closely with the KYC Assistance Lead and other internal functions to deliver departmental and company KPIs.
• Analyzing data and trends and escalating suspicious client transactions in compliance with anti-money laundering regulations.
• Continuously innovating by automating available data and streamlining and improving existing processes to ensure we are as efficient and effective as possible.
• Identifying possible opportunities and pain points to strengthen and improve engagement with clients through existing CRM tools.
• Any other function that the KYC Assistant Lead and KYC Manager may assign.

About you

To be considered in the role, you must have these qualifications:

• Fresh Graduates are very much welcome to apply.
• Bachelor’s degree in business management, Business Administration, Economics, or any related field.
• Preferably with knowledge of the Anti-Money Laundering Act and non-banking financial institutions in the Philippines.
• Able to excellently manage time to multitask, prioritize, and work well under pressure, especially to anticipate contingencies concerning the nature of work.
• Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-changing and highly regulated environment.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and proactive fast learner with an interest in operations and team management.
• An excellent team player with strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Willing to work in shifts and on weekends.
