Your role

PDAX seeks enthusiastic cryptocurrency professionals for the Operations Associate position in Pasig, Philippines.

Key responsibilities of the role include:

  • Providing off-hours / graveyard support on KYC, CS, and Settlements tasks.
  • Carrying out name-screening procedures to ensure that sanctioned individuals are properly detected and identified.
  • Handling the day-to-day activities of a high visibility, multi-function & multi-team department, including but not limited to payments/disbursements, crypto/digital assets, other financial market transactions, and account balance movements.
  • Providing support for clients by investigating, troubleshooting, and resolving customer issues across multiple support channels (e-mails, SMS, phone calls, social media, and other digital distribution platforms).
  • Accurately identifying and assessing customer needs and provide updates, solutions, and resolutions to achieve satisfaction in accordance with proper communication guidelines and internal target resolution time.
  • Continuously innovating by automating available data and streamlining and improving existing processes to ensure we are as efficient and effective as possible.
  • Identifying possible opportunities and pain points to strengthen and improve engagement with clients through existing CRM tools.
  • Any other function or task that may be assigned.

About you

To qualify for the role, you must meet the following requirements:

  • Fresh Graduates are very much welcome to apply.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Business Administration, Economics, Communications, or any related field.
  • Preferably with knowledge on the Anti-Money Laundering Act and non-banking financial institutions in the Philippines.
  • Able to excellently manage time to multitask, prioritize, and work well under pressure, especially to anticipate contingencies concerning the nature of work.
  • Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-changing and highly regulated environment.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and proactive fast learner with an interest in operations and team management.
  • An excellent team player with strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Willing to work the night shift and on weekends.
