Your role

PDAX is looking for motivated cryptocurrency experts for the Product Management Officer role in Pasig, Philippines.

General responsibilities include:

• Understanding the market and the product's positioning
• Ideating on features that help the product hit company goals
• Collaborating cross-functionally with other teams to gather requirements
• Writing clear user stories to guide the design and engineering teams in development
• Joining and facilitating Scrum events
• Managing backlog of tickets on Jira
• Monitoring product performance, analyzing and come up with insights to guide decision making of more senior members of the team
• Creating and modifying documents, including API Integration documents, FAQs, and User Guides
• Be the primary point of contact for your product and give necessary trainings to other departments / colleagues

About you

Candidates must possess these skills and experiences:

• Confident at verbal and written communication.
• Shows empathy for user problems.
• If business background, can work with financial statements, business models, economics, market research, and revenue streams.
• If technology background, can work with software development, architecture diagrams, automation, software testing.
• If humanities background, can work with research methodologies, statistical analysis, human behavior principles.
• Familiarity with API Development, Mobile App Development, Web Development.
• Familiarity with cryptocurrency, blockchain, tradfi ecosystems.
• Fresh Graduates allowed; business, technology, or humanities courses preferred.
