Your role

As a Talent Management (Recruitment) Intern, here are your general responsibilities:

  • Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and managing communication with applicants.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements for various positions within the organization.
  • Utilize various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks to attract potential candidates.
  • Conduct initial candidate assessments and pre-screening to evaluate qualifications and cultural fit.
  • Maintain and update candidate databases, ensuring accurate and organized records of applicant information.
  • Draft and post engaging job descriptions on relevant platforms to attract a diverse pool of candidates.
  • Create and post-publication material for available jobs on a variety of platforms to attract applicants.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies to enhance the organization's talent acquisition efforts.
  • Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a positive and seamless experience.
  • Participate in various recruitment projects to improve processes and enhance candidate experience.

About you

To apply, you must have the following qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled in a Psychology, Human Resource Management, Organizational Communication, Multimedia Arts, or other related undergraduate program.
  • Strong interest in psychology, human resources, talent management, or recruitment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Familiarity with recruitment tools and platforms is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive and eager to learn with a positive attitude.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Willingness to build an experience in a startup environment – they need someone with an appetite for building.
  • Enthusiasm for creating a positive candidate experience.
  • Willingness to contribute ideas for process improvement.
