Your role

Pilmico is seeking talented students to fill the role of HR Intern in their office in Iligan City, Philippines.

Main responsibilities of the role include:

• Maintaining and monitoring OJT DTRs of current OJTs
• Updating OJT Directory file on a timely basis
• Receiving & filing new hire's pre-employment requirements
• Receiving & filing OJT requirements
• Checking inventory of supplies (PPEs, new hire kits, lanyard, bond paper, folders, etc.)
• Preparing NDAs to be notarized and endorse for errands
• Preparing IDs of new hires & OJTs
• Leading in the activation of call tree among OJTs (when needed)
• Monitoring e-learning compliance checklist
• Updating HR cabinets location (201, supplies, etc.)
• Scanning, photocopies, and shredding files as requested
• Maintaining integrity and confidentiality at all times
• Participating in generic company activities (TGIM, Pahina, CSR, etc.)
• Providing assistance during company events, trainings, or seminars 
• Providing assistance to HR as may be required

About you

To be considered in the role, you must have these qualifications:

• Any BSBA or BS Psychology background
• Preferably familiar with Google Suites
• Competent in Event Management
• Competent in Photo/video editing
• Good written/oral communication skills
