Your role

The HR OD Intern will collaborate closely with the Organizational Development team to support performance management programs, assist with administrative tasks, and contribute to various OD-related activities. 

Key Responsibilities:

Performance Management

  • Maintain and regularly update performance management documents.
  • Ensure the microsite contains all necessary learning content and aligns with branding standards.
  • Work with the OD Manager to create and design materials for performance management activities and events.
  • Provide support during performance management programs and events.
  • Assist in drafting and disseminating performance management-related email communications.

Other Tasks

  • Performs other tasks as may be assigned by the team leader.

About you

To apply, you must have the following qualifications and skills:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, BS Business Administration major in Human Resources or any related course.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Creative mindset with a proactive, can-do attitude.
  • Keen attention to detail.
  • Good writing and video editing skills.
  • Proficiency in Canva and Photoshop (or other graphic design applications).
  • Familiarity with online applications, such as Zoom, YouTube, and Google Suites, including Google Sites.

Onboarding Requirements

  • Officially enrolled in a university
  • At least on its penultimate year
  • Enrolled in an internship subject
  • With good scholastic records duly endorsed by the school
  • Able to pass the pre-internship requirements
