Your role

Pilmico is looking for aspiring fresh graduates to fill the role of Robotics Operator in their plant in Iligan City, Philippines.

Key responsibilities of this role include:

• Handling and managing the automated bagging.
• Palletizing operation of the packing section.
• Ensuring efficient operations and functionality of the automated bagging machine, pelletizing equipment, and its components.
• Conducting basic preventive maintenance and calibration of the packing equipment while contributing to the achievement of the quality objectives of the plant.

About you

To be considered in this role, you must have these qualifications:

• Graduate of BS Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or Electronics Engineering
• Graduate of BS Industrial Automation and Mechatronics
• Bachelor of Engineering Technology 
• No related work experience required
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply 
• Must be a Licensed Electrical or Mechanical Engineer
• Handling basic mechanical hand tools and equipment
• Basic Engineering workshop and measuring tool.
• Knowledge of and familiarity of the functionality of the different machine equipment and its components.
• Knowledge on basic electro-pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
• Capability to interpret symbols and plans.
• Computer literacy in data processing and company-required software.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English or in the vernacular both written and oral.
