Warehouse & Logistics Team Intern null

Your role

Performs administrative and reportorial tasks on Warehousing and Logistics processes in a BASCo Distribution Center. 

Tasks but not limited to the ff:

• Encoding of warehousing and logistics data in Sheets and monitoring files.
• Checking the correctness of warehousing and logistics billings based on agreed/ signed quotations.
• Check outsourced warehousing and/or logistics team members' Time In & Out.
• Encoding of actual warehousing and/or logistics expenses for reimbursements based on Official Receipts/ Sales Invoices.
• Preparing/ filing of Payment Request Forms.
• Filing and organizing hard documents (e.g. Delivery Receipts, Receiving forms, Costs receipts).
•  Assists the Warehouse & Logistics Specialists in executing Good Warehousing Practices (GWP) and processes.
• Other tasks still related to Warehousing and Logistics in BASCo.
