Your role

Key responsibilities:  

  • Assist in the analysis and design of structural elements for diverse projects.
  • Collaborate with company engineers to develop and review construction drawings, specifications, and other project documentation.
  • Conduct structural calculations and simulations to validate design concepts and optimize structural performance.
  • Participate in site visits and inspections to gain practical insights into construction processes and identify potential design challenges.
  • Update and manage Computer-Aided Design and Manufacturing (CADD/CAM) files to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Maintain technical drawings and specifications and ensure that documentation is up-to-date and accessible for project teams.
  • Conduct general troubleshooting of systems and equipment to provide valuable support and resolve technical issues.
  • Be responsible for data collection activities and assist in the preparation of comprehensive reports for project documentation.
  • Support quality assurance processes to ensure compliance with engineering standards and project requirements.
  • Stay informed about the latest advancements in engineering disciplines relevant to our projects.
  • Perform other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.

About you

Qualifications to be successful in the role:  

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or any relevant degree.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and AutoCAD software.
  • Strong academic background with a focus on structural analysis and design.
  • Strong communication skills in English, both written and oral, to effectively collaborate with team members.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work under the supervision of experienced engineers.
  • Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in design documentation and problem-solving.
  • Enthusiasm for learning and a passion for contributing to innovative and sustainable construction projects.
  • Must be willing to work on-site in Subic, Zambales daily.
