Your role

• Understands the business's strategic objectives, plans, and challenges, and collaborate with business leaders to identify how IT can support and enable those objectives. This includes participating in business planning sessions and providing insights on technology trends and opportunities.
• Identifies opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains through the use of technology.
• ITBP makes both tactical and strategic decisions regarding the product roadmap/backlog, prioritization of features, and resource maximization, based on input from stakeholders and delivery teams. 
• Facilitates the adoption of new systems and tools within the business. This involves understanding the impact of IT changes on the organization, helping manage the change process, and providing support and training to ensure successful implementation.
