Your responsibilities

• Participating and coordinating with other departments or functions in the problem reviews, root cause analysis, trend analysis, reporting of recurring or potential incidents, audit compliance, and resolution of client-identified issues or problems which may require changes to procedures, standards, or systems.
• Diagnosing IT services-related issues raised through various channels.
• Ensuring adherence to organizational policies and standard operating procedures.
• Performing application support to processes and activities for the implementation and maintenance of new and existing applications.
• Ensuring technical issues or concerns are addressed and mitigated.
• Publishing schedules for new applications and maintenance updates.
• Evaluating the effectiveness of change control performance.
• Coordinating with departmental staff to ensure compliance with change control procedures.
