- Basic knowledge of labour laws

- Assist in Recruitment end-to-end Process
- Assist in timekeeping
- Encode Employee’s Daily Time Record to Google sheet
- Assist Employee for PEME (Pre-Employment Medical Examination)
- Perform other tasks assigned by HR/Admin
- Assist day-to-day operations of HR functions and duties
- Maintain proper records of employee attendance
- Maintain a professional appearance and work area
- Maintains accurate and up-to-date human resources files, records and documentation
- Maintains the integrity and confidentiality of human resources files and records
