Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct thorough market research to identify current trends, emerging opportunities, and potential challenges in the commercial leasing sector.
2. Provide comprehensive data analysis and insights to support informed decision-making in commercial leasing strategies.
3. Collaborate closely with leasing teams and clients to understand their leasing objectives, offering tailored research solutions that enhance client satisfaction.
4. Analyze occupancy trends and forecast demand to assist in optimizing property portfolios and developing effective leasing strategies.
5. Stay abreast of relevant regulations impacting commercial leasing, ensuring that all leasing activities comply with legal requirements.
6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date databases containing relevant commercial leasing data, facilitating efficient research and analysis.
7. Stay current with industry advancements, leasing technologies, and market trends to continuously enhance expertise and contribute to the success of commercial leasing efforts.
8. Generate clear and comprehensive reports summarizing research findings, market analyses, and property assessments.
9. Conduct feasibility studies for real estate projects, evaluating economic viability and potential risks.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business, or a related field (preferred).
• Licensed Appraiser. Fresh graduates who just recently passed the exam are encouraged to apply.
• Proficiency in appraisal software and other relevant tools.
• Strong analytical and research skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
