- Gathers information and requirements of the project
- Prepares Schematic Design Phase
- Coordinates with SBU and Principal
- Collates all material swatches for design presentation
- Attends ocular inspection with the Construction & Technical Team
- Assists in conceptualization and design development
- Performs other related tasks as may be assigned from time to time
About you
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or Interior Design
- At least 2 years of relevant experience
- Experience in retail is a plus
- Proficient in Freehand drawing, SketchUp, CADD, Photoshop, V-Ray, and related software
- A pleasant and dynamic personality with good moral character; strong written and verbal communication skills; team player; detail-oriented; computer literate; and excellent interpersonal skills
