About you
Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
5 years of work experience in HR; ideally in the Consumer Package Goods (CPG) Industry.
Has a passion for HR and/or a focus on Human Resources, Labor/Industrial Relations, Business Administration, Organizational Effectiveness, Industrial Psychology, or Training & Development
Strong operational discipline – able to optimally handle time and resources to deliver critical outcomes
Excellent interpersonal skills – able to effectively communicate ideas to internal and external partners of various backgrounds and levels
Excellent administrative skills – able to plan, prioritize, and execute vital activities to deliver on recruiting needs, with proven attention to detail and data accuracy
Collaboration skills – able to effectively work with others of diverse roles, levels, and backgrounds
Ability to develop a technical deep understanding of sophisticated processes and technical applications used in P&G operations
