Job Overview

You will be one of our cornerstones in driving operational excellence in Talent Development operations in the region. You will lead the operations of Talent Development (TD), ensuring that our P&G Leadership Academy (PGLA) corporate learning programs are delivered with excellence in all markets. You will oversee the delivery of best-in-class learner and trainer experience, ensuring that all preparations for upcoming face-to-face or virtual trainings are done according to standard. You will also be our Subject Matter Expert in producing virtual trainings and will be tapped by other markets to produce virtual trainings in other markets within Asia Pacific, Middle East, and Africa if necessary.

Your team

You will report to the Asia Pacific, Middle East, and Africa (AMA) Talent Development Director and work closely with the Talent Development team. You will be part of a dynamic team of Talent Development professionals located across different countries who are responsible for delivering critical leadership capability to our employees. The role is based in our Seven NEO office in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig, Philippines.

Responsibilities 

  • Work closely with Talent Development Leader to deliver corporate training plans
  • Single point of contact for engaging corporate trainers in the cluster to ensure they are prepared for their upcoming session
  • Point of contact for engaging learners to ensure they are given appropriate information (calendar invites, training pre-work and post-work).
  • Maintain and publish Talent Development scorecard monthly (budget report, training effectiveness scores, trainer feedback scores)
  • Track and record trainer evaluation scores and feedback; communicate feedback formally to corporate trainers to aid their continuous development
  • Ensure 100% coverage of new hires in Corporate Onboarding
  • Ensure 100% data accuracy of MyLearning records
  • Generate learning completion reports as required within the aligned service level agreement
  • Develop meaningful and lasting relationships with P&G corporate trainers, TD Leaders, training vendors, and key stakeholders

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology/Human Resource Management/Behavioral Science or other related fields
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong operational discipline, rigor in execution, ability to design and document standard operating procedures in training delivery
  • Ability to influence peers and leaders to deliver a common goal, create meaningful working relationships with corporate trainers and other stakeholders
  • High regard for data privacy and proper handling of personal identifiable information
  • Knowledge of Project Management principles to manage and deliver multiple trainings/projects with excellence at a regional scale
  • Experience/familiarity with SuccessFactors Learning Management System is a plus but not required.
  • Strong working knowledge of relevant Microsoft Office 365 applications
