Your responsibilities
- Process and monitors daily requests for Standard Cost setup
- Prepares analysis of GL variance-related accounts i.e. Material Variances, Concessions, Floorstock, and Applied Labor and Overhead
- Prepares various weekly work order reports, monitors work order aging and work order closing, and analysis of variances
- Prepares weekly Galley Completion Report and comparison to Forecast data
- Analyzes inventory revaluations
- Addresses issues related to Routing and Bill of Materials setup
- Works with Engineering, Supply Chain, and Business System teams to establish the correct Bill of Materials in the system
- Supports systems testing and results for new processes to assess potential financial risk/impact
- Performs month-end closing activities and reports
- Prepares Journal Entries and adjustments related to variance-related accounts
- Reports directly to the Controller and assists in the creation of the Forecast models related to production variances
- Adheres to and participates in all EHS practices and standards across the site, including but not limited to proactive reporting of observed hazards and recommendations to ensure the safety and well-being of self and others
- Performs other Finance tasks and ad-hoc requests
