Your role

• Work on day-to-day admin operations across defined channels and markets 
• Work on weekly reporting
• Follow up with 3rd party agencies on a campaign setup, optimization, and reporting
• Produce analysis and reports on channel/campaign/test performance 
• Produce analysis on traffic and conversion rates 
• Follow up and produce reports on marketing budgets for brands
• Be the contact person for Content, Design, Retention/CRM, PR, Merchandising, and Development team

Training, development & rotations

Reckitt Philippines hires fresh grads for its graduate training program. For instance, the Reckitt PH Formula 1’s 2021 Commercial Graduate Trainee Program involves 18 months of intensive training.

Graduate trainees participate in several job rotations including stints in e-commerce, marketing, and sales. They also manage real projects while being mentored by senior employees.

The company said that it promotes graduates immediately after finishing the program. Reckitt Philippines may offer international job rotations to qualified employees.
