Your role

As an Associate Demand Planner with Reckitt, you’ll have the freedom to influence and improve operations at every step.  

You’ll be responsible for accurate demand forecasting. From planning production to purchasing finished goods and forecasting future revenue. You’ll take new information – such as sales or promotional activity - and historic trends and understand the impact on demand. You’ll challenge when necessary. Critically, you’ll provide clear communication between the sales, finance, supply, and manufacturing teams.

About you

• You are passionate about customer service and know how to manage complex supply chains.
• You have delivered outstanding results in a planning or similar role.
• You can work with a wide range of data – promotional, run rates, trends, and seasonality – and use demand planning software and your judgment to achieve alignment.
• Importantly, you’re self-motivated and able to collaborate effectively to influence other teams.
