They provide a variety of internships across different global locations, spanning from 3 to 24 months in duration. Each internship offers distinct learning experiences and valuable insights into life at Reckitt. Half your learning will be on the job, through projects, secondments, or volunteering. 40% will be social – learning from your colleagues through feedback, coaching, mentoring, and shadowing. And 10% will be formal learning, including Functional Academies, LinkedIn Learning and Leadership.
