The Marketing Associate is responsible for performing administrative staff functions for the Marketing Department, consistent with the administrative policies, guidelines, and procedures of the company.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Helps develop and implement marketing plans to expand the company’s footprint
• Successfully conducts marketing campaigns
• Creates messages that are focused on each target audience
• Assists in executing marketing initiatives to increase awareness
• Makes sure all visual merchandising materials installed in all showrooms are secured, in good condition, and properly implemented.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of Bachelor's degree in Marketing or any related field
• The ideal candidate will be an energetic and self-motivated individual with strong communication, organizational, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
• At least 1 year of experience as a marketing/administrative assistant, or equivalents
• Helps develop and implement marketing plans to expand the company’s footprint
• Successfully conducts marketing campaigns
• Creates messages that are focused on each target audience
• Assists in executing marketing initiatives to increase awareness
• Makes sure all visual merchandising materials installed in all showrooms are secured, in good condition, and properly implemented.
• Must be ambitious, organized, and have strong time management skills
• Strong leadership, initiative, and communication skills
• Must be outgoing and personable to handle daily interactions with peers, sales, and other departments and consumers
