Your role
Work Order Management
- Assignment of WO to FSRs
- Ensuring all WO are on the right status.
- Following up with FSR/Project Manager with the Service report and Risk Assessment
- Coordination with FSR Manager to validate the WO in a timely manner
- Monitoring of WO Dashboard
- Escalation of FSR if there is no movement on WO status
Order Booking
- Booking of Contracts in SAP & in bFO
- Attachment of Assets in WO
- Creation of PM Work orders
- validation of contracts in bFO
- Escalate any issues encounter
Training, development & rotations
Schneider Electric provides training to keep the teams' competence up-to-date.

- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
