Your role
- Be a passionate advocate in delivering an exceptional candidate experience - internal and external
- Maintain clear communication channels and build positive relationships within the recruitment team, internal business partners, and candidates to assist with the seamless recruiting process
- Facilitate the end-to-end talent acquisition process from requisition, job posting, and interview scheduling through to offer generations and pre-boarding via recruiting systems.
- Assist the team with a proactive recruiting approach for all positions assigned using a variety of sources, including, but not limited to internet postings, database searches, referrals, use of network contacts, candidate pools, etc.
- Assist in management and optimization of recruitment systems and tools, reporting and analytics, new hire document collection (candidate offers and supporting documents), employee referrals, employer branding, and diversity recruiting
- Identify continuous improvement opportunities, maintain operational excellence and adopt consistent and globally standardized resourcing processes
- Support ad hoc projects and research activities as assigned by the team
Training, development & rotations
Schneider Electric provides training to keep the teams' competence up-to-date. They offer training courses to help you build the team's competence, enhance safety, develop the staff’s troubleshooting skills, and maximize the availability of PAC & PLCs.

About you
- Current undergraduate pursuing degree in Human Resources or relevant area of study and able to commit to a full-time role for at least 6 months
- Desire to pursue a career in HR, with a keen interest in Talent Acquisition.
- High degree of professionalism in communication and collaboration with peers, stakeholders, and leadership team.
- Demonstrate high level of quality work and data accuracy, with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and operate effectively and efficiently in a fast paced, complex working environment.
- Strong digital skills and mindset, familiar with Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams), experience with recruiting systems (ATS) is a plus.
