Your role

Schneider Electric Philippines has opened a graduate program associate for the function of Field Services in Cavite, Philippines.

The Schneider Graduate Program is focused on identifying and nurturing high-potential candidates with backgrounds in Engineering, Business, or both, with the goal of cultivating them into future leaders capable of assuming pivotal roles within our organization.

The Graduate Program offers a wide range of activities such as:

• Benchmark: identifying gaps, making recommendations & implementing new ideas
• Sales operations deployment (social selling, inside sales) and support function
• Measurement and analysis (i.e. business intelligence); analytics; dashboard and report creations
• Project Management & Change Management support
• Community management (Global Hub team)
• Lead generation and process mapping
• Internal Communication: creation & execution of communication plans

About you

To be considered, you must have the following qualifications:

• Bachelor degree or above, major in Engineering, or/and equivalent
• Proficient in English
• Great team players with strong leadership potential
• International mindset, a desire to influence and drive change and curiosity in learning
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Proactive for creativity with strong passion
• Embrace new technology and digital environment/digital mindset
• Adaptable, autonomous and organized
