Your role

Schneider Electric has opened an internship for the Fulfillment Coordinator role in Taguig, Philippines.

The role will require candidates to demonstrate customer service, and support Fulfillment Coordinators in answering queries from customers.

Some essential functions of the role include:

• Supporting East Asia, Middle East and Africa, and Pacific in assigning of cases to the correct fulfillment coordinator and be able to answer simple customer queries using pricing and availability tools.
• Being involved in the partnership agreement renewal process in following up approvals from all stake holders
• Supporting process improvement initiatives in Email2Case management

About you

To qualify for the internship, you must be:

• Enrolled in a bachelor’s degree relating to business
• Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office
